Integrating Sensory Processing and Attachment Approaches
"Integrating Sensory Processing and Attachment Approaches" by Jeanne Weitensteiner.

As individuals our consciousness takes form and meets the world through our senses. From our earliest beginnings we are sensing the world around and within us, receiving that sensory information, integrating it, and creating internal representations of the world. We will explore the influences of early overwhelming experiences on sensory processing and early relationships, and learn the positive impacts of responsive, attuned caregiving intervention.
Jean Weitensteiner has worked with individuals, families and children for 20 years integrating her skills as an occupational therapist, pediatric neurodevelopmental specialist, prenatal and birth therapist, trauma resolution therapist, and biodynamic cranial sacral therapist into a unique and extraordinary synthesis that is vital to working with babies/ children and families. She provides phone consultations, guest lectures, and individual sessions for adults, families and their infants/children within her private practice and in several clinic settings in the Santa Barbara area.
