You will learn important information on the developmental stages of the baby during pregnancy in relation to their growing awareness of the outer world.  Based on that knowledge, you will learnways to support the mother and other primary caregivers to attune to, and build relationship with, the baby during pregnancy.  You will also learn how to use these same skills to help the mother and baby stay connected during the birthing process.

Cynthia Allen, NCTMB, is Nationally Certified in the USA as a Therapeutic Bodyworker. Her private practice combines massage, craniosacral therapy, somatic process work, and perinatal support services.  In 2007, she completed a 2-year program in Prenatal Birth and Attachment Therapy with Myrna Martin in Nelson, B.C.

Therese Wenner, LMP, RC, is a certified craniosacral and Watsu practitioner, a Nationally Certified Therapeutic Bodyworker, as well as a registered counselor in the state of Washington.  Therese is an instructor of "Infant Cues, Communication, and Nurturing Touch."  She has been exploring and studying pre- and perinatal bonding issues and trauma resolution for 8 years, most recently completing Myrna Martin's Professional Training in Nelson in 2007.
